Beatriz Peña Saiz is a Spanish teacher with degrees in Dramatic Arts and Speech Therapy, specializing in Voice and Communication. She has spent 40 years researching the body's emotional reactions from the uniqueness of each individual and their relationship with the voice. She defines herself as a "luthier of the human body." Her extensive research has led to the development of her own pedagogical method, which she has applied with actors, singers, musicians, announcers, teachers, and educators.

Her journey cannot be understood without the influence of Marta Schinca and Gerda Alexander, among others. It is a training approach where the body-voice becomes an instrument of expression and creativity. This proposal respects and encourages the creation and manifestation of the individual from their authenticity and their relationship with others.
